Our 4-week cooking course will provide you with the essential cooking techniques you need to master your kitchen.

 Classes meet once a week for four weeks: ​​​

  • KNIFE SKILLS: Basic knife skills including brunoise, small dice, medium dice, large dice, julienne and supreme. ​

  • EGG COOKERY: All about eggs! Learn how to make soufflés, quiches, rolled omelets and general egg cookery. 

  • POULTRY: Learn how to break down, carve and properly poach, sear, roast, and grill poultry. 

  • FISH: Learn all about proper technique with fish.

Class meets just once a week and covers the preparation and recipes you need to know to cook healthy, vegetarian meals at home. This 4 week International Vegetarian Cooking class meets just once a week and covers the preparation and recipes you need to know to cook healthy, internationally flavored vegetarian meals at home.
