Chef Eve attained her diploma from the French Culinary Institute in New York City
Eve has grown her career by working for some of the most highly recognized kitchens in NYC, including the kitchen of James Beard, Award-winning Pastry Chef Michael Laiskonis, Tom Colicchio of Craft, and the Zagat rated restaurant, Vesta. Just before journeying out to LA, Eve spent some time in Alaska working at a NatGeo lodge as an instructor and Chef. She is now happily planted in sunny SoCal where she enjoys sharing her knowledge and craft with students.
A master of various styles of cuisine, Chef Dustin is an accomplished Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and chef liaison for Genghis Cohen.
Chef Dustin Chen is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and has worked in many different kitchens styles such as R&D for large restaurant groups, Airline catering, and small boutique shops.
Chef Chen also currently works as a chef liaison for Genghis Cohen.
